Ten Days of 2012 #3: Music & Writing

Another late post, but it’ll most likely be the last for this challenge because I’ve finally finished what needed to be finished before the year ends.

Music and Writing have managed to mesh as one entity in my life. This year has been productive concerning story outputs— managing to beat my 2009 record of stories published in a year. I think the sudden climb from my 2011 slump was the introduction to music— well, searching for exact lyrics.

Behind every story output, there is/are (a) song/s. Often times, they are the driving force that gets me to finish a story. Ideas of mine are spin-offs of what-ifs and retellings that they’re simply just that. Music allowed me to stray from the directness of a tale in order to make something better.

Short post, but that’s truly it.
